Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a registration is rejected because the payment or submitted information cannot be verified, the WCC committee will contact the participant with the required correction. A duplicate debit or confirmed payment error should be reported promptly with transaction details.

Once registration is verified and participant allocation or kit production begins, registration fees are non-refundable. Team-owner instalments already applied toward confirmed participation are also non-refundable.

Any exceptional cancellation or refund is considered solely by the WCC committee based on the circumstances and commitments already made. Approved refunds, if any, will be returned to the original payment method or agreed bank account within 7–10 working days.
