Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to registrations and payments made to WCC CLUB through this website.
Registration
Participants must provide accurate personal, playing and apparel details. Registration is complete only after the WCC committee verifies the submitted details and payment proof.
Fees and payments
Player registration costs ₹2,000. Team-owner participation costs ₹21,000 in three ₹7,000 instalments. Payments are made to WCC CLUB using the payment details displayed on the registration form. Earlier valid payments may be submitted for verification.
Verification
The automated screenshot check is a preliminary safeguard. All payments and participant details remain subject to manual committee approval. Altered, reused, unrelated or mismatched proofs may be rejected.
Participant responsibilities
Confirmed participants must follow tournament rules, schedules, venue instructions and standards of sporting conduct. Submitted apparel sizes and jersey details are treated as final once production begins.
Event changes
WCC CLUB may make reasonable changes to fixtures, teams, venue arrangements or schedules when operational, safety or weather conditions require it. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants.
